Desa 88 Industrial Park is a well-planned industrial development comprising 76 factory units, designed to support a wide range of business operations. The project was officially handed over by the developer, Axteria, to the management committee in September 2025, after which our team was appointed to take over the management of the property.

As the appointed management partner, we deliver comprehensive property management services, including maintenance, infrastructure upkeep, administrative support, and overall site management. Our role is to ensure that Desa 88 Industrial Park remains wellorganized, safe, and operationally efficient, supporting businesses to operate smoothly and effectively.
